26 year old Steven Hill was shot and murdered after he left his grandparent’s home on the night of December 1, 2016.
The incident took place at approximately 10:10 p.m. in the 17000 block of Snowden on Detroit’s west side. Hill was confronted by two gunmen and shot at least three times. The unknown suspects fled the scene in a dark colored vehicle.
Hill tutored college students, and studied business and accounting at Bowling Green University. He was a graduate of University of Detroit. He leaves behind 3 year old daughter.
