16 year old Ciara Stacho was last seen in Inkster, Michigan on August 7, 2015. She has had no contact with loved ones since, and there has been no activity on her social media.
A few weeks prior to officially being reported missing, Ciara ran away from her home. She texted her mother in early August 2015, saying she was ready to come back home. However, Ciara never returned as planned, and all communications with her stopped on August 7, 2015.
“I told her it was time to come home, you know, and so she could be a productive member of society,” Ciara’s mother, Dawn Stacho told Click On Detroit. “She was getting older. She was 16, and she said, ‘Yeah.’ She knew, and she was ready to come home, and then nobody. That was the last time anybody saw or heard from her.”
“I just hope that wherever she is at, that she is safe,” Dawn said. “That is what I want. Absolutely every parent who has a missing child, that is all they want.”
Dawn died in 2021, without ever knowing what happened to her daughter.
Ciara is biracial with brown hair and brown eyes. She stood 5’3 tall and weighed 110 pounds at the time of her disappearance.
She has several tattoos: “Domonic” and “Nate” on her wrist,”Sasha” on her forearm, Cheetah spots on her right shoulder and down her arm, “Beautiful” and “Gomez” on on her abdomen, and shooting stars on her right hip.
