29 year old Christopher Stinson, aka “Bam,” was murdered on May 8, 2013 on Detroit’s northwest side. The incident took place on Lasher Road between Grand River Avenue and West McNichols.
Christopher was walking back from the Citgo gas station located at 17110 Lasher Road near Six Mile when someone called his name. As he turned around to see who it was he was shot in the chest.
Christopher Stinson was a husband, father and Navy veteran. Stinson joined the Navy when he was 17 and served during 9/11. He leaves behind a wife and two children.
