At approximately 2:00 pm on July 1, 2025, Traveion Williams was shot on Detroit’s northeast side.
He was sitting inside his vehicle, parked near his home in the Martin Luther King Homes when he was gunned down The incident occurred in the 700 block of Saint Aubin Street near E. Lafayette Street.
Williams received constant medical care until he passed away from his injuries on February 14, 2026. Traveion was only 17 years old.
