46 year old Stephanie Henderson was released from DMC Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit on November 3, 2022. She left after being treated for a broken arm, which had been caused by her boyfriend.
Henderson is listed as a legally incapacitated individual due to bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. She was placed under the care of Guardian & Associates, a group home to which she was supposed to stay following her hospital release, but she went missing the same day.
Stephanie requires medication and has a scar on the right side of her face that extends from her mouth to ear.
