Location: Inkster, Michigan

Louis Perry Jr. was found murdered on June 29, 2016. The incident took place in the 26400 block of Avondale St. between John Daly & Shadowlawn in the city of Inkster. Louis was shot by an unknown suspect or suspects and left to die.

On June 29, 3016 someone called 911 around 3:30 am to report gunshots near Avondale and John Daly. The officers who were initially dispatched to the area were unable to find anything.

At 6:30 am a neighbor called to report a body in a driveway on Avondale. The body was identified as 49 year old Louis Perry Jr. The victim did not live at the home, and it’s unclear what he was doing there. Three people who were inside the home were taken in for questioning.

49 year old Louis Perry Jr. was an Army veteran who is survived by two children.
