The body of 33 year old Lisa Gause was found at 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 1997 under a bridge on 12th street, just north of the Edsel Ford Freeway (1-94) on Detroit’s west side. It appears as though Lisa Gause was assaulted at another location before being taken to the bridge.
According to family members, Lisa had been talking to an unknown person in a van prior to her death.
