24 year old Kiah Hopson was found murdered on December 9, 2017 in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The incident took place at 7:45 am on Parkside Circle, in the Van Dyke and 19 Mile Road area.
Hopson was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot outside the Parkside East Apartments where she resided. She had moved into the complex just a few months prior. Kiah was discovered after neighbors called 911 stating that they had heard gunfire.
Kiah died just six days before her 25th birthday. Kiah Hopson was a licensed practical nurse who worked at the Woodward Hills Nursing Center in Bloomfield Hills. She was in the process of going back to school to become a registered nurse.
