25 year old Jordan Samuels was shot on December 22, 2016 at an apartment complex in Woodhaven where he lived with his girlfriend and two children. The children were present when the incident occurred.
Jordan was shot in the abdomen and managed to call the police to report the incident. He was taken to the Oakwood Medical Center where he died the next day.
The incident took place at approximately 8:20 p.m. at the Williamsburg Apartments in Woodhaven, near West Road and Allen Road.
